Once our product is purchased then it is non-refundable. Please report any unauthorised purchase within 3 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Email us at info@kingmeat.ae.
We accept all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping slot (3 hours). Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds. We refund all payments made for orders placed as a store credit, which can be used by customers for future purchases.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders.
Online Payment
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
Cash on Delivery
Refunds will be credited to the customer's account as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future.
For delivery order types, we estimate delivery times at checkout, but these can vary depending on the restaurant, traffic, and weather. Our goal is to get your food to you within 1 hour, although we can't guarantee this exact timeframe.
