Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee meat and poultry stock management. The role involves tracking inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, managing supply flow, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels of meat and poultry products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Ensure proper cold storage and product rotation (FIFO system).
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
• Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and storage regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of cold storage handling is preferred.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
